COVID-19 UPDATE February 2021
Throughout this public health crisis Dowagiac Credit Union has been committed in doing our part to take care of our TEAM and take care of our MEMBERS. We have followed the varying protocal to meet the safety standards to protect our Members and our Team. We have adjusted our operations with the changes that have taken place during this pandemic.
We have once again re-opened our Lobby to meet the needs of the Membership. We still require that you wear a face mask when you visit, we are providing hand sanitizer when you enter the office and encourage you to use it upon entering and exiting. We will continue to limit the number of people who can be inside the office at one time and still ask that you adhere to the social distancing while you are here. Our frontline and offices have shields installed to help protect you when we are not able to attain the proper distance.
We have missed seeing you and hope you will be comfortable when you come by the office. If you have any questions or would like to make an appointment please call 269-782-2410 and we will be glad to provide any information you need.
Just to remind you our hours of operation are: Lobby - Monday thru Friday 9:00 am until 5:00 pm and Drive-up hours are: Monday 8 am til 5 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9 am til 5 pm, Friday 8 am til 6 pm and Saturday 9 am til 12:30 pm.
You can still access your account through the ATMs, Online Banking and CU Talk Teller (844-891-0910) to safely manage your accounts from a distance and 24/7. The Team will continue to be available by phone at 269-782-2410 from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday and Saturday from 8:30 am - 12:30pm.
